1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)
You can delete your account directly from the VoIQ mobile app:
- 1. Open VoIQ on your device.
- 2. Go to Settings → Account.
- 3. Tap “Delete account”.
- 4. Confirm. Your account and associated data will be erased.
In-app deletion is immediate. You will be signed out and the account will no longer be accessible.
2. Delete by email
If you can’t access the app, you can request deletion by sending an email:
- Send to: comercial@morya.tech
- Subject: VoIQ Account Deletion Request
Please include in your message:
- The email address used to sign in.
- Confirmation that you want your account and data permanently deleted.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following are permanently removed:
- Your account record (email, optional display name, user ID, sign-in metadata).
- Your credit balance and credit-transaction history kept on our side.
- Any personalized settings and preferences.
A small amount of data may be retained, only as long as required:
- Apple App Store transaction receipts, kept for tax and audit purposes as required by law.
- Aggregated or anonymized logs that can no longer identify you.
Processing time
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Important notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Unused credits are non-refundable on deletion (per the In-App Purchase policy).
- You can sign up again with the same email address, but it will create a new, empty account.
- Refunds for App Store purchases must be requested through Apple.
