The orb stays silent and the level shows zero.+
VoIQ needs microphone permission. Open iOS Settings → VoIQ → Microphone and make sure it is enabled. If you’re on a simulator or external mic, also check System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
My credits didn’t arrive after a purchase.+
Force-quit and reopen the app so it can re-verify the receipt with Apple. If the balance still doesn’t update within a few minutes, email comercial@morya.tech with the Apple order ID (Settings → your name → Subscriptions → your VoIQ purchase).
How do I get a refund?+
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Use Apple’s Report a Problem page (reportaproblem.apple.com) or contact Apple Support. VoIQ cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
Can I export or download my transcripts?+
Yes — open the session in VoIQ and use the share icon. We are working on bulk export; let us know if you need it.
Does VoIQ keep my audio?+
No. Audio is streamed to AssemblyAI for transcription over an encrypted connection and is not stored on our servers. Only the transcripts you save are retained.
How do I delete my account?+
Settings → Account → Delete account. Or write to comercial@morya.tech. See the Account Deletion page for details.
I get “transcription unavailable” in the middle of a call.+
AssemblyAI tokens are short-lived and the app refreshes them automatically. A persistent failure usually means your network briefly dropped — stop and restart the session.
